Sales Administrator

Clemence Rogers are currently working with our client in the recruitment of an experienced Sales Administrator to join a Car Dealership based in Doncaster.

Duties:

• Raising vehicle and customer orders

• Taxing and invoicing of vehicles

• Registering warranties and service plans

• Ensuring all relevant costs on vehicles to aid month end accounting

• To process all sales paperwork accurately

• Keeping logs and filing updated daily, splitting handover packs

• To communicate and work with integrity, honest and openness

• Keep management and team members up to date with any relevant issues

• Be responsible for the day to day activities in vehicle processing

• Maintain the highest dealership standards

• Any other duties required to assist in the smooth running of our vehicle admin departments

Essentials:

• Administration experience, Motor trade experience is preferred however not essential as training will be given

• Experienced with Excel

Hours of work:

• Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30

• 1 in 6 Saturdays
