A proactive administrator with a working knowledge of SAGE is required to join a growing, specialist manufacturing Company in Doncaster in a full time administrative support role.
In this key post you will be providing administrative support using SAGE software across all areas of the business from Production, Buying to the internal Sales Teams.
Duties will include:
Processing sales orders
Assisting the internal Purchasing team
Assisting with elements of Stock management and stock control
Arranging meetings by reserving rooms and managing refreshments
Liaising with customers, assisting with Customer Service & After-sales care
Typing correspondence, meeting notes, and forms
Photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Applicants must be SAGE conversant with good attention to detail and excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with customers, suppliers and staff at all levels. We are looking for a pro-active, flexible and positive individual to join our client.
